Version 0.1 · beta summary · last edited 23 October 2026

These terms cover your use of Reel during the private beta. By creating a workspace you agree to them for yourself and, if you sign up with a work email, for your organisation.

1. Agreement

These terms are between you and Nova Creations. If you use Reel for an organisation, you confirm you’re allowed to accept these terms for it.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You need an account to make demos. A workspace belongs to the organisation that created it; its admins control members, settings and deletion.

3. Roles and members

Admins can invite people as admins, makers or viewers. Admins are responsible for who they invite and for removing people who leave.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the screenshots and text you put into Reel. You give us permission to store, process and show them only to provide the service. You confirm you have the right to share what you capture, including anything visible on your screen. Blurring helps hide private details, but check your demos before you share them.

6. Acceptable use

Don’t use Reel to record people without their consent, to share content you don’t have rights to, to break the law, or to interfere with the service. We may remove demos that break these rules, and we’ll tell the workspace’s admins when we do.

7. Beta service

Reel is in beta. Features may change or be removed, and the service may be unavailable at times. We’ll give [14] days’ notice before removing a feature you rely on.

8. Fees

Reel is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll tell admins at least [30] days before any charge, and nothing will be billed without your agreement.

9. Ending your use

Admins can delete a workspace at any time from Workspace settings. We may suspend a workspace that breaks these terms after giving notice, unless the breach is serious.

10. Liability

[Limitation of liability wording, from the generator.] Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We’ll post changes here and email admins at least [30] days before they take effect.
